Ashraf then joined Pirelli Tires Alexandria as a Maintenance Engineer from 1996 to 2000, where they were responsible for the installation and startup of production lines. At Mansour Group, from 2000 to 2004, they worked as an Electrical and Automation Supervisor Engineer, handling installation and maintenance tasks. From 2004 to 2010, they served as the Engineering Projects Manager at SCCT "Suez Canal Containers Terminal," managing major engineering projects and overseeing a team of engineers and technicians.
