Carlos C. Ejercito

Mr. Ejercito was elected as Independent Director of International Container Terminal Services Inc.* last April 15, 2021 and was appointed as the Chairman of Audit Committee, a member of Corporate Governance Committee, Nomination Sub-Committee, Remuneration Sub-Committee, Board Risk Oversight Committee and Related Party Transactions Committee.

He was also an Independent Director in Aboitiz Power Corporation* and Century Properties Group, Inc.*., a Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Mount Grace Hospitals, Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries, a Director and President of Pinehurst Medical Services, Inc., a Director of Silvermed Corporation, Medical Center Manila, Dr. Victor R. Potenciano Medical Center, Tagaytay Medical Center, Grace General Hospital, Healthserv Medical Center, Mother Teresa of Cacutta Medical Center, Nueva Ecija Good Samaritan Hospital and Westlake Medical Center.

He is formerly a Chairman and President of CR Nichrome, Inc., a Chairman of the Board of Directors of United Coconut Planters Bank, CEO of United Laboratories Inc. and several of its subsidiaries, and a former Director in National Grid Corporation of the Philippines, Ayala Greenfield Development Corporation, Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation, Bonifacio Land Corporation and was an Independent Director of and Bloomberry Resorts Corporation*. Mr. Ejercito was a governor of the Management Association of the Philippines and is a member of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Ejercito has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, cum laude, from the University of the East, and completed the course work for the MBA candidate from Ateneo Graduate School of Business. He attended the Program for Management Development of Harvard Business School.
