Emmanuel Portier has extensive experience in the finance and risk management sectors, serving as Partner and International Director at Diot-Siaci Crédit since September 1997, as well as Co-founder and Executive Chairman of the International Credit Brokers Alliance since 1999. Portier held the position of General Manager at GARNEM SAS from January 2013 to October 2023 and worked as a Senior Risk Underwriter at Euler Hermes from January 1992 to August 1997. Earlier in their career, Portier was a Partner and Manager at Loralest in Russia, playing a key role in establishing one of the first ten French-Russian joint ventures. Portier earned an Executive MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 1998 to 2001 and completed education at French High business school (Sup de Co.) from 1985 to 1988, as well as primary education at Saint-Jean de Passy from 1971 to 1981.
