Senior Analyst, Gender And Conflict at International Crisis Group

Floor Keuleers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in gender and conflict analysis, currently serving as a Senior Analyst at the International Crisis Group since November 2018. Prior to this role, Floor held various positions at IMPACT Initiatives from September 2017 to November 2018, including Project Manager and REACH Country Focal Point. With a strong academic background, Floor earned a PhD in International Relations from KU Leuven, where a doctoral research role was undertaken from 2013 to 2017. Additional research experience includes visiting researcher positions at the University of Pretoria, University of Stellenbosch, and University of Canterbury. Floor's education encompasses an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge and a Master’s degree in Comparative and International Politics from KU Leuven, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Antwerp.
