Curtis Small

Curtis Small is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as the Manager of Procurement Services at the International Development Research Centre since September 2008. In this role, Curtis is responsible for the Centre-wide management of procurement functions, including the development and implementation of effective procurement policies and innovative systems. Prior to this position, Curtis held the title of Material Manager at MDA from April 2001 to September 2008, overseeing procurement, material planning, inventory control, and more within the Space/Aerospace sector. Previous roles also include Material Manager at JDS Uniphase and DT Industries, Inc. Curtis holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from Concordia University, earned between 1988 and 1991.
