Shriya Kochhar

Shriya Kochhar has extensive experience in human resources and policy development, currently serving as an HR Business Support Officer at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies since November 2018. Prior roles include HR Assistant positions at the World Trade Organization and the International Computing Centre, where Shriya contributed to E-learning projects and talent management initiatives. Shriya also worked as an international consultant and policy intern at the International Trade Centre, focusing on disability inclusion and gender-responsive policies. Earlier experience includes an internship at the World Health Organization, aiding in resource mobilization and strategic funding assessments. Shriya holds a Master's degree in Anthropology and Sociology of Development from the Geneva Graduate Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Lady Shri Ram College.
