Teha Herzi

Teha Herzi is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leading business and technology transformations across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at the World Bank Group since July 2015, Teha drives global strategy and focuses on FinTech and enterprise architecture. Previously, Teha held the Chief Technology Officer position at Clark Construction Group from May 2013 to June 2015, where responsibilities included enabling technology transformation, strategic planning, and project execution. Before that, Teha was Vice President of Technology Planning, Architecture, and Governance at Hilton Worldwide from March 2010 to May 2013, overseeing IT governance and vendor management. Teha's earlier role as Director of Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architect at Marriott International from November 1998 to February 2010 involved leading a global enterprise architecture team to deliver business solutions. Teha earned a Master's degree in Information Technology from American University's Kogod School of Business.
