Prior to this role, Mark held positions such as Senior Manager at Accenture and Senior Project/Programme Manager at BNY Mellon. Mark has extensive experience in leading strategic and operational change programs within the financial services industry. Mark also has a strong educational background, holding degrees in PMP, ACMA, MBS, and BCom from various institutions.
