Emma Deadman

Emma Deadman is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources system enhancements, data analytics, and client service. Currently serving as an HR Program & Systems Specialist at International Financial Data Services (IFDS), Emma has been instrumental in optimizing HR processes and providing analytical support since June 2015. Previous roles at IFDS include Human Resources Analyst and Senior Human Resources Coordinator, where responsibilities ranged from HRIS administration to metrics and audit support. Emma's earlier experience includes positions at Ontario Orthotic Lab Inc and Bayshore HealthCare, where skills in customer service, finance, payroll, and operations were developed. Emma holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Guelph.
