Erik Frywald

Erik Fyrwald serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Director at IFF since February 2024. Prior to this, Erik was a Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer at Syngenta Group. Erik has extensive experience in leadership positions, including as the Chief Executive Officer at Univar, President at Ecolab, and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Nalco. Erik also held various roles at DuPont, including Group Vice President and Vice President. Erik holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 1998.
