Negin Sharafbafi

Negin Sharafbafi, Ph.D. is a seasoned professional in the field of food science with extensive experience in research and innovation. Currently serving as a Manager and Innovation-Analytical Team Lead at International Flavors & Fragrances since June 2015, Negin previously held the position of Senior Innovation Food Scientist at Ottens Flavors from 2013 to 2016. Early career experience includes project management roles at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, where impactful research on dietary fiber incorporation in dairy products was executed in collaboration with the University of Guelph. Negin's academic credentials include a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Food Science from the University of Guelph. Additionally, Negin's background encompasses various research and teaching positions, showcasing a strong commitment to food safety and innovation in the food industry.
