Nuur Mohamad Firdaus

Nuur Mohamad Firdaus has extensive experience in plant management and engineering within the food ingredients and chemicals sectors. Since September 2016, Nuur has served as General Manager and Plant Manager at IFF, overseeing all aspects of plant operations, including compliance, financial performance, and manufacturing excellence. Previously, Nuur held the role of Production Manager, focusing on direct and indirect production cost management. Nuur's career began at Toray Group (Malaysia) as a Process Engineer, where responsibilities included process management and quality assurance across multiple plants. Additionally, experience as a Process Engineer at Danisco Malaysia involved leading teams in operations and incident investigations. Nuur holds a Master of Business Administration from Universiti Teknologi MARA and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
