Lizzy Adu-Lowson, Assoc CIPD, possesses extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, having held various roles at the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance since May 2012, including Recruitment Manager and Senior Recruitment Officer. Prior to this, Lizzy worked as an Internal Recruiter at G2V Recruitment Group, focusing on sourcing trainee recruitment consultants across multiple locations.
