Juan Carlos Cadavid

Juan Carlos Cadavid is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Regional Finance and Operations Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean at International IDEA since February 2022. Prior to this role, Juan Carlos held various finance positions at the Norwegian Refugee Council from November 2015 to February 2022, including Finance Manager and Finance Coordinator, where responsibilities included budget development, monitoring project budgets, and ensuring compliance with donor regulations. Earlier experience includes roles at Antea Group, where support was provided in budget preparation and cost modeling for Ecopetrol, and at Liberty Seguros S.A, where analysis and control of payment processes were conducted. Juan Carlos holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Universidad De Los Andes and an Industrial Engineering degree from Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito.
