Steve Person

Steve Person is an accomplished information security professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Cambia Health Solutions since June 2014, Steve has spearheaded significant technology and strategic transformations within the organization. In addition to ongoing responsibilities at Cambia, Steve contributes as a Board Member of the Cyber Security Subcommittee at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association since August 2022. Previous roles include Manager of Security Architecture and Engineering and Security Architect at Cambia, where notable achievements included the development of application security programs and enhancements in vendor security risk management. Steve has also volunteered as an Exam Item Writer for (ISC)2 since May 2013, specializing in healthcare information security. Earlier in the career path, Steve held engineering and administrative positions at organizations such as North Valley Hospital, Oracle, Sun Microsystems, and Cascade Steel. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a Business minor from Linfield University.
