Previously, Carmen held the position of Executive Director at BOMAMIAMI, leading strategic efforts that resulted in a 35% expansion of the organization. Early career experience includes serving as a Project Manager at InterGen, where responsibilities focused on enhancing collaboration and managing bidding processes for power generation projects. Carmen holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Health Services Administration from Florida International University.
