Gaurav Thakrar is an accomplished technology leader specializing in software engineering and digital transformation, currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Anchor Loans since July 2022. Gaurav has a proven track record of architecting and deploying cloud-native solutions that have significantly reduced costs and improved system performance. Prior to this role, Gaurav held leadership positions at various companies, including Green Street and J2 Global, where impactful developments in data analysis platforms and business process architecture were achieved. Additional experience includes serving as an Executive Member of the International LEAP Network and leading a large team at Velo by East West Bank to create successful digital financial platforms. Gaurav holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Purdue University, complemented by minors in French and Math.
