Ilana is the Founder and CEO of Leap Academy, a professional education platform that helps professionals advance in their careers. Ilana is also the Founder and CEO of Golan Ventures, an organization focused on disrupting professional education. In addition, Golan serves as an Angel Investor in over 100 companies, following prominent Silicon Valley investors. Ilana is the Owner and Executive Member of the International LEAP Network, a private exclusive network for high achievers and leaders. Golan holds the position of Board Director at Shamaym, a public company, where they oversee high-level affairs and sits on various committees. Ilana is a member and contributor to the Forbes Business Development Council and serves on the Board of Directors and as a General Partner at Homrun, a network that helps Israeli companies accelerate growth in North America. Golan is a Board Member at the American Technion Society, a keynote speaker for the Consulate General of Israel to the Pacific North West, and a Steering Board Member at CICC - California Israel Chamber of Commerce. Ilana has also advised Singularity University Venture.
Ilana Golan obtained a BSc in Hardware and Software Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1996 to 2000.
