Anto Mathews serves as the Industrial Recruitment Division Head at International Maritime Industries since November 2020, leading recruitment efforts in one of the largest full-service maritime yards in the MENA region, supported by prominent partners like Saudi Aramco and Hyundai Heavy Industries. Prior to this role, Anto held various significant positions, including Lead Recruiter at Petro Rabigh, where extensive experience was gained in talent acquisition for a major joint venture in the petrochemical sector, and Sr. Manager of Corporate Talent Acquisition at Reliance, focusing on recruitment across multiple business domains in the Oil & Gas industry. Anto's foundational experience includes roles at Rolta India Limited and Sampoorna Computer People, specializing in HR recruitment and sourcing strategies. Anto Mathews holds a PGDM in HR and Marketing from Loyola Institute of Business Administration and a BSc in Computer Science from Loyola College.
