Pascal Farahmand

Pascal Farahmand is a seasoned finance professional with over two decades of experience in investment and asset management. Currently serving as a Senior Investment Officer and Asset and Debt Management Advisor at the International Monetary Fund since 2011, Pascal has honed expertise in managing complex financial portfolios. Prior to this role, Pascal was the Head of Foreign Reserves Management at the Bank of Canada from 2000 to 2011, where skills in strategic financial oversight were developed.
