IOM - UN Migration
Maram Alabassi currently serves as a Project Assistant focusing on liaison and coordination at IOM - UN Migration since March 2020. Prior to this role, Maram worked at ACTED from March 2019 to February 2020, initially as a Safety and Security Officer and later as a Security and Liaison Assistant. Maram's earlier experience includes serving as a Call Center Operator at Yemen Mobile from August 2016 to December 2018 and lecturing at Sana'a University from May 2013 to February 2016. Additionally, Maram gained experience as a journalist at National Yemen from January 2013 to January 2014. Maram holds a Bachelor's degree from Sana'a University in the English Department, completed in 2012, and a TOEFL certification from AMIDEAST in 2014.
