Jillian Morgan

Jillian Morgan is a legal professional with extensive experience in immigration law and refugee assistance. Currently serving as Supervising Attorney for the International Refugee Assistance Project since May 2020, Jillian has held various roles including Senior Staff Attorney and Staff Attorney within the organization. Prior to this, Jillian worked at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as a Refugee Officer and Asylum Officer from January 2017 to May 2020. Experience also includes positions as Legal Writer at Glinsmann Immigration, Associate Attorney at The Rodriguez Law Group, and Student Attorney at the Immigrant Justice Clinic of American University Washington College of Law. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University, supplemented by studies at Sciences Po focused on International Law and Human Rights. Jillian is also noted for volunteer work in Haiti to promote community and educational development through soccer.
