Victor Padilla has extensive experience in the maritime industry, currently serving in the International Support Department at the International Register of Shipping since December 2019. Prior to this role, Victor worked in the Registration Department at Palau International Ship Registry from October 2017 to December 2019 and was the Head of Operations at Global Maritime Consultants Group - GMCG from September 2016 to September 2017. Victor holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Indianapolis, obtained between 2009 and 2013, and recently completed education at BrainStation in March 2024.
