Aishwarya Raje

Aishwarya Raje is a seasoned public advocacy professional with extensive experience in humanitarian policy and development. Currently serving as a Senior Officer for Public Advocacy at the International Rescue Committee since June 2023, Aishwarya focuses on developing global policy narratives and managing advocacy efforts in key international events. Previous roles include Policy Advisor at Mercy Corps, where Aishwarya led advocacy portfolios for African programs, and various positions at the International Rescue Committee, where Aishwarya conducted research and policy development. Other significant experiences include a Mayoral Fellowship with the City of Chicago, a Program Coordinator role at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, and prior research internships. Aishwarya holds a Master of Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies and Spanish from The Johns Hopkins University.
