Nazir Ahmad Sofizada

Nazir Ahmad Sofizada is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resource management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Associate at the International Rescue Committee since March 2022, Nazir previously held significant roles at GIZ as Unit Manager of the HR Administration Department from March 2014 to August 2021, and as HR/Admin Coordinator at the International Rescue Committee from December 2011 to February 2014. Additional experience includes leadership positions in HR and administration with projects funded by USAID and the Department of Defense, demonstrating a commitment to effective human resource strategies and organizational development. Nazir holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Kardan University.
