Sara Rutherford

Sara Rutherford has extensive experience in financial analysis and planning, currently serving as Associate Director - FP&A at the International Rescue Committee since July 2021. Prior roles at the same organization include Senior Financial Analyst, Senior Finance Officer (Temporary Assignment), and Financial Analyst, all within the FP&A department. Previously, Sara worked at Northern Trust Corporation from July 2019 to July 2021 as a Financial Analyst specializing in Management Reporting, Planning & Analysis, after completing the Corporate Finance Rotational Development Program. Additional experience includes internships in accounting policy and financial analysis at JLL, as well as a marketing internship at Chicago Sky WNBA. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from Butler University, earned in 2019, and has also pursued studies at SRH University in 2017.
