Tina Garrett

Tina Garrett currently serves as the Global Compensation Director at the International Rescue Committee since March 2024. Prior to this role, Tina held various positions at Population Services International, where responsibilities included serving as Senior Manager of Compensation & Global Mobility and Head of Total Rewards from December 2018. Tina's earlier experience includes leading Global Compensation and International HR at the Institute of International Education and serving multiple roles at the American Institutes for Research from June 2004 to April 2015. Tina holds an MBA in Human Resources from The George Washington University School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from Elon University.
