Valerie Peck

Valerie Peck is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in international recruitment and human resources management, particularly within the humanitarian sector. Currently serving as Senior Recruitment Manager for Latin America and Emergencies at the International Rescue Committee since September 2014, Valerie previously held roles including Surge Recruiter and International Recruiter within the same organization. Additional consultancy work includes contributions to organizations such as the Institute for Sustainable Communities and Pathfinder International, with a focus on USAID RFA proposal development and emergency recruitment. Valerie's career began in 2002 at the International Rescue Committee, where responsibilities included recruitment for key personnel and proposal development teams for USAID RFAs. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA.
