Kawsiliya Nair

Kawsiliya Nair, FCCA, currently serves as the Finance System Deployment Lead at International SOS since March 2019, where responsibilities include analyzing financial data from legacy systems, mapping it to the new chart of accounts, and validating financial statements post-migration. With extensive accounting knowledge and project management skills, Kawsiliya has led the transition to the SUN 6 accounting system for 19 Legal Entities in the Middle East, implementing numerous continuous improvement initiatives. Previous experience includes roles at DHL Asia Pacific Shared Services Sdn Bhd, where Kawsiliya ensured compliance with IFRS and managed month-end processes across various regions. Kawsiliya has received multiple accolades, including global finance recognition awards and the Malaysia Employee of the Year 1st Runner Up award. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and ongoing ACCA studies.
