Smita Nigam

Smita Nigam is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in strategic human resources across various sectors. Currently serving as the Group HR Director - Corporate at International SOS since February 2018, Smita oversees HR operations for a leading medical and travel security risk services company with a global presence. Previous roles include Senior HR Director at Diageo, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing business performance in AsiaPac, and Senior Vice President at HSBC, managing HR for Global Service Centers. Smita's tenure at Orange Business Services spanned over a decade, during which roles included Director of Human Resources for the Customer Services Division and Head of HR for Global Service Centres. Smita began career in HR at icentric software and holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Delhi School of Economics, along with a Master of Arts in Modern Intellectual History from Jawaharlal Nehru Vishvavidyalaya.
