Cathy Koch has extensive experience in customer service and product development within the textile industry. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Elevate Textiles since February 2023, Cathy previously held multiple roles at International Textile Group from June 1995 to the present, including Product Development Coordinator and Customer Service Representative. Additionally, Cathy was employed as an R&D Administrative Assistant at Precision Fabrics Group from July 2022 to July 2023.
