Amy Lester has a vast amount of experience in the automotive industry, holding various leadership positions in quality, engineering, program management, and business planning. Amy has worked at Visteon Corporation and Ford Motor Company, with a focus on customer quality, system validation, continuous improvement, and program management. Amy has also been responsible for operations quality improvement in the Asia-Pacific region. Amy holds a BSIE in Engineering from Purdue University and an MSMM in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University.
