Danilo Rocha is an experienced senior executive in the manufacturing and logistics sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President & Head of Global Production at International since October 2023. With a long tenure at Scania Group starting from January 1994, Danilo has held various high-level positions, including Vice President of People and Culture, where responsibilities encompassed the transformation of Human Resources across Latin America, and several leadership roles in production and logistics management. Danilo's expertise spans plant management, purchasing, logistics development, and strategic support in HR functions, complemented by extensive education in production engineering and international business from prestigious institutions such as Stockholm School of Economics and KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Additionally, Danilo contributes to the Previscania Sociedade de Previdencia Privada as a board member since 2018.
