Jerry Johnson has extensive experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, spanning over three decades. At International Truck and Engine, Jerry served as a Competitive Intelligence Cost Analyst and held a role in Tool Research from 1994 to 2007. Prior to this, Jerry spent over 30 years at Allison Gas Turbine Division of General Motors, where key contributions included serving as Sr. Manufacturing Engineer and Project Manager for the Factory of the Future initiative focused on compressor and turbine manufacturing systems from 1984 to 1993. Jerry's foundational skills were developed through positions as a Tool and Die Maker and Apprentice within the General Motors program, beginning in 1965.
