Carl holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Lund University, as well as a Master's Degree in International Relations and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in International Relations/Political Science from the Geneva Graduate Institute.
