Andy Gardner is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in software engineering and solution development. Currently serving as the Director of Solution Engineering at interop.io since November 2016, Andy previously held positions such as Lead Application Engineer and Senior Application Engineer at Phoenix Integration, where responsibilities included leading agile teams and managing customer-focused software projects. Andy's early career includes roles as a Software Engineer at Dorsett Technologies, a System Engineer at Millennium Engineering and Integration, and a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Virginia Tech, complemented by a solid educational foundation with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech. Notable achievements include developing interoperability tools and simulation programs that enhance engineering processes and systems.
