Interpipe Novomoskovs'kyi Trubnyi Zavod VAT is active domestically and abroad, including such countries as: the Russian Federation, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Holland, USA, Italy, Belarus, Africa, Germany and Baltic Sea Region countries. As of December 31, 2010, the Company's major shareholder was Interpipe Limited with a stake of 87.64%.
