He holds an MBA from Manchester Business School. Prior to that, he graduated from the National Metallurgical Academy with a degree in Economics.

The Company offers pipes of small, medium and big diameter; welding powder and frit; steel enameled ware, and conventional, shaped pipes and consumer goods. It operates through seven industrial divisions, laboratories and technical control service. Interpipe Novomoskovs'kyi Trubnyi Zavod VAT is active domestically and abroad, including such countries as: the Russian Federation, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Holland, USA, Italy, Belarus, Africa, Germany and Baltic Sea Region countries. As of December 31, 2010, the Company's major shareholder was Interpipe Limited with a stake of 87.64%.
