Emmanuel Rampon

Emmanuel Rampon has over 29 years of experience at Interpol, serving as an insurance manager and procurement administrator, with responsibilities including the management of a €300K insurance portfolio, risk assessment audits, and the enhancement of various insurance contracts. Additionally, Emmanuel has acted as an operation security manager at Interpol, overseeing a €1M annual investment in security systems, formulating security strategies, and managing a team of 26 individuals responsible for VIP security. Emmanuel has also held leadership roles at NPIO and CDOS, alongside academic credentials in law from Université Jean Moulin.
