Laura Firenzi is an experienced professional in client relations and business development, currently serving as the Director of Client Relations at Interpreters Unlimited, Inc. since November 2012. In this role, Laura coordinates operations across six nationwide call centers, focusing on profitability, staffing, and quality standards. Prior to this, Laura was the Health and Wellness Director at doTERRA International LLC, where Laura educated and sold essential oil products to local markets and through social media. Laura has also held positions as Operations Manager at a small business insurance agency, where Laura developed a training program for telesales staff, and as a Banker at Wells Fargo, performing various account services. Laura began a career in insurance as an Account Executive with CAN Insurance Services, quickly advancing to manage small group sales of employee benefit insurance. Laura holds two Associate’s Degrees from Cabrillo College, one in Fire Technology and another in Liberal Arts and Sciences.
