Charbel Moukarzel

Charbel Moukarzel is an experienced Information Technology professional currently serving as the Regional Information Technology Manager at Interpublic Group (IPG) since January 2024. Previously, Charbel held a similar position at MCN Middle East Communications Network since February 2011, overseeing IT management for agencies across Lebanon, Tunisia, Algeria, Iraq, and Abu Dhabi. Earlier roles included IT Manager and Information Technology Administrator at Smartcom from January 2005 to December 2010, where responsibilities included telecommunications and ISP services. Charbel holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK).
