Chris McElhone

Chris McElhone is an experienced information security professional with a robust background in IT security operations and strategy. Currently serving as Director of I.T. Security Operations and Strategy at Interpublic Group since January 2022, Chris previously held the position of SVP, Global Information Security Lead at McCann Worldgroup from June 2019 to February 2022. Prior to that, Chris worked as a Senior Cyber Security Analyst at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. from May 2015 to June 2019, and as a System Network Administrator at Frost Valley YMCA from May 2011 to May 2015. Earlier in the career, Chris spent over a decade at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. as a Network Engineer/Sysadmin from October 1999 to April 2011.
