Omar Y. El-Kaisy

Omar Y. El-Kaisy is a Senior IT Executive with extensive experience in managing IT systems and administration across multiple organizations, including Interpublic Group, Middle East Communications Network, and Initiative, all in Cairo, Egypt. Expertise includes support for Microsoft and Apple products, ITSM, ITAM, DRA, Azure AD, MS Intune, and MS Autopilot tools. Additional experience includes roles as a DevOps Engineer at Fawry, Team Leader of the DevOps Track at the Information Technology Institute, and technical positions at Nile University and AlNasser - Faisal El Rashid Group. Omar pursued further training as an AWS Cloud Specialist Trainee and holds a B.Sc. in Business Information Systems from Helwan University Cairo, along with a graduate diploma from the Intensive Code Camp at ITI focusing on DevOps.
