Stephanie Nix McKee

Stephanie Nix McKee is a seasoned human resources executive currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at Interpublic Group (IPG) since January 2016. With a global remit, Stephanie leads an international HR team providing a comprehensive range of services across corporate functions in North America, Latin America, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the UK. Previously, at Harry Winston, Stephanie held the role of Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR during a significant period of growth and global expansion. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at News America Marketing, where Stephanie led HR for corporate functions in a high-revenue marketing environment, and as Manager of Employee Relations at Lord & Taylor, where Stephanie advanced through various HR positions. Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Lehigh University.
