William Crosby

William Crosby currently serves as SVP, Associate General Counsel, Managing Attorney (Chief of Staff), and LATAM Regional Coordinator at Interpublic Group, overseeing global litigation strategy and advising senior leadership on regulatory compliance and risk management. With extensive experience as a Commercial Arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association Panel and as Chair-Elect of the New York State Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section, William has presided over over 250 cases in arbitration. Previous positions include litigation associate roles at Kay Collyer & Boose LLP and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, focusing on various legal matters including copyright and commercial contracts. William holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.A. in History from Yale University.
