Francis Robert, ing., serves as Vice President of Operations at Intersand Canada since June 2014, overseeing international business development, organizational restructuring, and leading various departments including production, research and development, maintenance, logistics, and purchasing and planning. Previously, Francis held the position of Vice-President Operations, Engineering, Research & Development at Johnson & Johnson from October 2006 to June 2014, managing risk, leading a large team, and handling operational budgets. Early career experiences include roles as Technical Supervisor and Process Engineer at SCA Hygiene Products, as well as Process Engineer and Maintenance Engineer at Pharmascience. Francis holds a BACC in Mechanical Engineering from École de technologie supérieure and a Collegial degree in Industrial Engineering from CEGEP - Ahuntsic.
