Jörg Kaden has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. Jörg started their career at Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter from 1989 to 1990. Jörg then joined active logistics AG as a Systemingenieur Software / Softwareentwickler from 1991 to 1998. After that, they moved on to Intershop Communications AG where they held various roles including Quality Engineer from 1998 to 1999, Quality Assurance Manager from 1999 to 2010, Manager Quality Assurance from 2010 to 2013, Director Business Transformation from 2013 to 2015, Director Product Marketing from 2015 to 2017, and currently serves as Sr. Director Engineering Management since 2017.
Jörg Kaden attended Friedrich Schiller University Jena from 1984 to 1989, where they received a degree in Precision Engineering with a specialization in Electrical Engineering and Electronics. Jörg obtained the diploma of Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl.Ing.) at this university.
