Janik Gairing has work experience in various roles and organizations. Starting in 2015, they worked at Diakonie Stetten e.V. as a Bundesfreiwilligendienst. In 2018, they interned at BFV Service GmbH as a Praktikant B2SOCCER. In 2021, they worked as a Werkstudent at Sächsischer Tennis Verband e.V. Currently, they hold the position of Marketing Manager at INTERSPORT Deutschland e.G., which they started in December 2022.
Janik Gairing completed their Abitur degree at Freihof-Gymnasium, from 2007 to 2015. Janik then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Betriebswirtschaft und Sportmanagement at Hochschule Heilbronn - Hochschule für Technik, Wirtschaft und Informatik from 2016 to 2020. Currently, Janik is enrolled in Leipzig University, working towards a Master's degree in Sportmanagement, a program they will complete in 2022.
