Joseph Allen

Joseph Allen is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in HR management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Management lead at Interstate Waste Services, Inc. since June 2023, Joseph previously held significant roles including Human Resources Leader at Kaiser Permanente, where responsibilities included human capital management and organizational effectiveness. As an Independent Executive Consultant for The KeySource Group, Joseph specialized in strategic planning and change management, while also leading Empowered Voyage, LLC as CEO to develop training programs for aspiring consultants.
