Tom Wakeling

Tom Wakeling has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tom started their career as a Certified Surgical Technologist at Multiple Centers/Seashore Surgical and MSA Surgery Centers in 2009. Tom worked there until 2015.

In 2014, they joined Brookdale Community College as a Student Learning Assistant in Math, where they worked until 2015.

From 2015 to 2019, Tom worked as a Certified Surgical Technologist at United Surgical Partners International, Inc. In 2017, they became a Certified Surgical Technologist Per Diem, and they held this position until 2019.

In 2020, they joined Interstate Waste Services, Inc. as an Operations Specialist. From 2021 to 2022, they served as a Site Operations Manager, and since February 2022, they have been working as an Operations Manager at the same company.

Tom Wakeling attended Monmouth University from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.S.B.A) degree. Their field of study at Monmouth University was in Management and Decision Making Sciences. Prior to attending Monmouth University, Tom attended Brookdale Community College from 2011 to 2015, where they completed an A.S. degree in Science and Math. Tom also received a Tech in Surgery Certification from Star Career Academy in 2007, specializing in Surgery Technician/Procedures. In terms of additional certifications, Tom obtained an OSHA 10 Hour General Industry Course from the OSHA Safety Training Institute in June 2021. Tom also received a White and Yellow Belt certification from SixSigma.us in June 2019. Lastly, Tom obtained the Tech in Surgery - Certified (TS-C) certification from the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) in August 2007.
